PAID TIME OFF (PTO)

  • AMU’s Paid Time Off (PTO) is a benefit to provide associates the flexibility to utilize their PTO to promote balanced lives and mental/physical health. The number of days varies based on years of service. During the first calendar year of employment, a regular full-time associate will be eligible for up to 20 PTO days based on the date of hire.

MATERNITY / PATERNITY / ADOPTION LEAVE

  • Under this policy, paid leave is associated with the birth of an associate’s child or the placement of a child with the associate in connection with adoption or foster care (child must be age 17 or younger). This policy will run concurrently with the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and Short Term Disability (if applicable).

  • Free confidential psychological, personal, marital, family and substance abuse counseling service

FLEX SPENDING ACCOUNTS

  • Medical Spending (Health FSA) – Associates may use pre-tax earnings to pay for medical expenses not covered by insurance
